The Merlin require an experience chef / kitchen manager to join our team . Fully experienced in all aspects of Kitchen Management you will be required to maintain orders, prepare food for bar and private functions and manage and motivate the current team. Excellent hygiene standards are essential in order to fullfill all legal requirements, as well as an abilty to lead and organise others.

Hours are 5 hours per week, 5 days from 7, straight shifts. Starting salary will be £16700 per annum plus performance related bonus.
