We are currently recruiting for a Swedish and Danish speaker to join our client (a leading global provider of After Sales Services to the IT and Telecommunications industry) in Edinburgh.
Responsibilities:
• Handling the initial contact with the customer, by phone and in writing
• Scheduling advance exchange to fulfil warranty requirements
• Taking necessary steps to effect repairs, including scheduling with a courier service to collect products
• Monitoring repair status and tracking delivery
Requirements:
• Fluency in English, Swedish and Danish
• Experience of or aptitude for Customer Service
