Assembling flat-pack furniture, Installing blinds and curtain poles,
Installing specialist picture hanging systems, Replacing window frames, Laying loft insulation and loft flooring, Adding additional phone sockets to rooms

Gardening & Outdoor Jobs –green houses, shed, paths, veg. growing boxes ),
Clearing gutters, Hard pruning and garden clearance, Paving small areas

Little niggling things! (I am happy to try to sort out any of those little nuisance items that have been on your ‘to do’ list for absolutely ages but which you never seem to get round to. Just make a list before calling and get them all done in one visit.) E.g.

Changing lightbulbs that are too high or difficult to reach, Fixing squeaky hinges, Fixing wonky hinges, Setting your boiler timer (or any other timer for that matter), Fixing loose or squeaky floorboards
