Hi,

I am a student at Edinburgh University currently in my 4th year of a 5 year Masters of Astrophysics degree looking to take on some students for private one on one tutoring.

I have previously tutored both Maths and Physics at Higher level and my students have never achieved less than an A.

I can be very flexible with tutoring times (has to be evening/weekends though) and would ideally teach in two 1 hour blocks at a time. This could be a full session of one subject or a mixture of both.

After I graduate I am aiming to study to become a teacher so I am obviously very enthusiastic in teaching the subjects. Since I am still in education (and always studying for exams!) I feel I can connect a lot more with school pupils than older tutors and I have found that pupils find me very approachable.

My rate would be £30 for a two hour lesson. For this I would set homework each week, mark it in my own time and give back detailed feedback.
