Two bedroom flat for festival let located in the heart of the medieval burgh of South Queensferry, just opposite the banks of the Forth estuary.

Prime location in a B-listed, 17th century house in a conservation area. Walking distance to the shores of the Forth and Dalmeny Estates and boat tours of the Forth and Inchcolm Island. 20 minute drive to Edinburgh city centre, access by bus or train into city centre.

We would like to let our flat along with our cat. Our Maine Coon cat is very independent and just asks to be fed everyday. There is no cat litter to clean (he goes outside). He is very affectionate and cuddly. Sleeps all day and roams all night.

The house sleeps 3 (one double bedroom and one single bed room)

Includes large, beautifully mature and fully-secluded stone-walled garden with paved patios, lawned areas and lots of herbaceous borders, set up for al fresco dinning with charcoal grill and teak dinning table seating four. Great views of the world-famous Forth rail bridge from the upper patio.
