THE BONHAM , Four star Hotel in Centre of Edinburgh
We are looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic SOUS CHEF to join our team at The Bonham (Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef at 2 AA Rossette level).
The successful candidate will
• have a passion for fine ingreidents .
• be able to deputise in the Head chef’s absence
• assist in leading and developing the kitchen brigade
• maintain the highest standard of menus, food preparation and presentation. Working with head chef to generate new menu ideas
• ensure GP % is achieved and budget maximised
• ensure all food hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained.
The Bonham has 48 bedrooms, a renowned restaurant , Conference and events facilities for up to 70 people.
Salary £18,000 - £20.000 with additional benefits
