We are flexible within our working hours and can arrange to meet at times to suit our client’s busy schedules. We ensure that we keep our clients up to date at all stages throughout the planning and building warrant process.

We also offer a simple paper to CAD conversion service for anyone who has older drawings and wishes them to be replicated in a modern AutoCAD format. These can be emailed and burned onto disc, therefore making it easier to modify and alter the drawings at a later date.

No project is considered too large or small and we guarantee that we offer the same level of professionalism and friendliness whatever the project may be.

After our surveyor has measured your premises we will send you preliminary approval drawings within 7 working days.

We provide a free survey and advice service and work to a reasonable set fee.
