Hey guys, we're 4 students (2 french, 2 Czech) leaving edinburgh at the beginning of june and still got the lease till end june so we got 4 free bedrooms to let in our 5 bedrooms flat in the top of Leith Walk (Brunswick street).
The place is very convenient, just 10 minute walk from princess street, buses near, tesco express,...
The flat is great with all you need, microwave, washing machine,hoover,... living room and garden(with barbecue !)

It's also possible to take the lease at your name if you wish to let the flat longer.
We got 3 double bedroom and one single, £270, £270, £260 and £230 for the single, bills excluded.
