The flat is over two levels and has a private garden, seperate lounge and two bathrooms. Situated in a lovely quiet street in Leith with on street parking.

The flat is large, bright,
warm and quiet, you would be sharing with four other young professional flatmates (3 girls and 1 guy). We are all clean considerate and friendly and enjoy each others company but are respectful of each others space also. We are looking for someone similar to join us.

Although there are four in the flat (usually five) the house is big enough for us not to be tripping over each other. Everyone takes a share in communal cleaning which is really easy and we have a great landlord which is a big bonus!
