Hey! Well I'll just get to the point I suppose, I am currently living on my own in a 1 bedroom flat but can't afford the rent anymore so I am looking to move out and share with someone. Ideally would be looking to pay about £350 - £400 per month including bills. Would be equally happy to share with male or female as long as you are easy going, tidy and fun! Oh and someone who wouldnt mind smoking in the flat.

So if theres anyone out there in the same boat as me and is looking for someone to share a flat with then get in touch and we can have a chat over a coffee or something.
