Business Integration Manager
Eden Scott's Public Sector client is looking for a Business Integration Manager to work on contract basis in their offices in Edinburgh.
Project and Role
The Client is undertaking a large programme to replace a management system. In this role the Business Integration Manager will work closely with the project teams and the Programme Manager to ensure a coordinated approach to the provision of the new system.
They will provide a single point of contact for technical requirements for operational implementation and deliver cohesion between technical implementation and business readiness activity. They will have responsibility for the allocation, resourcing and delivery of all business owned programme products, managing related risks, issues and constraints to limit impact on programme milestones. They will have previous experience of Benefits Realisation and will be responsible for the development of a Benefits Realisation Strategy & Plan. They will design, plan and manage the communication activities of business change, deliver certainty of the programme by managing the delivery of activities, business acceptance of the solution and interfaces to the business resolving key programme issues.
Skill set
* Extensive experience of and key involvement in business change programmes.
* Programme/Project management experience at a strategic level.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of the Business Realisation Process
* Excellent written and oral communication skills & professional presentation skills
* Sound judgement and decision-making skills, Demonstrable people skills, strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with outlook, MS word, excel and project.
* Previous involvement in delivery of large IT projects.
