We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef who is ambitious, passionate and creative and who can work closely with our highly talented and experienced Head Chef to work up to 2 rosette standard.

We pride ourselves on the freshness & quality of our seafood and local meats, sourcing virtually all of our produce locally. We strive to offer our guests something different - a personal and relaxed family atmosphere, stunning location and deliciously fresh seafood and game.

The Sous Chef will play an important role in controlling kitchen costs and enhancing productivity as well as making sure the food produced is to an exceptionally high standard of both quality and presentation.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within quality hotels and restaurants, be an existing sous chef and someone who has the desire, motivation and ambition to learn and increase their knowledge and experience.

You should be business minded, autonomous and results driven. You should also have good managerial and financial skills and be current in all health & safety requirements.
