Technical Advisors - Edinburgh - Immediate Starts

Our client is looking for someone who will be dealing with inbound calls from customers, you will be assisting them with general technical support on various products. You will have previous experience in dealing with these enquires. Previous call centre experience in preferred but not essential. You must posses excellent communication skills to be able to adapt your communication skills to meet the customers needs and expectations. Immediate Starts
