We have two rooms going in a flat at the foot of Leith Walk right next to all the shops and a quick bus ride or walk to Princess St.
The rent includes absolutely everything, Ie, flat essentials, gas, power, CT, TV, Phone (within reason), Broadband etc..
The flat is a large recently refurbished one with dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer at the foot of Leith Walk right next to Leith Links Park.
Rent is paid in advance but we only need one months rent as bond. Preferably non-smokers as there is no smoking allowed inside the flat but if you're ok with doing it outside thats fine.
Both rooms are double (no couples sorry) and are roughly the same size. One room is available now and the other is free from the 2nd August.
