Hi, i have a double a room available in a lovely cosy flat. Its £325 a month plus bills. Flat is fully furnished with a nice modern kitchen. There is virgin tv and broadband installed in the flat which costs £15 a month each. The room is a double and includes chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and wardrobe. Im a 26 year old graduate working female. I am friendly, considerate and like to keep the flat clean. Im looking for someone of similar age, and who works similar hours to me (9-5 mon to fri).
