We are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst on a contract basis. The role covers 1st & 2nd line Technical support of a variety of applications including Windows XP/Active Directory and Microsoft Office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills, be out-going, confident self-starter with a pro-active approach. You must be able to work in a team environment as well as working on your own with no supervision (strong problem solving skills). Technical Knowledge of Core Desktop Technologies: Windows XP, 2003; MS Office 2003; MS Exchange 2003, Outlook; Remote Support Tools.
