For the twin or double bedroom we ask £22.5 per night per person if you pay daily. £90 per week per person if you pay weekly.

The flat is huge, clean and beautiful.
You will have a big room with a double bed or twin bed.
All beddings provided, as well breakfast if you want.
Whole year running.

You can pay daily or weekly.
You will not be asked to pay deposit.
You can move in and out whenever you want.
You will not need to pay the bills.
You do not need to clean the flat and the room.

The room can be either a twin bedroom or a double bedroom,
If you come in three people together, the room can be triple bedroom, we usually only put two beds in the room though.

£180 per week(two people together,so £90 per person per week) for more than three weeks renting,
£210 per week(two people together) for more than two weeks renting,
£280 for only one week renting, two people together.
£22.5 PP per night for daily renting.

The room has two beds, armchairs, wardrobe, desk, dressing table, hair dryer, TV.

By bus 10 minutes from Princes St, from train station.
30 minutes walk to Princes St, high St.
15minutes walk to Meadows,
10 mins walk to the Kings Building of Edinburgh University.
5 minutes to a big shopping center.
