Hi, my flatmate is moving to Glasgow for a new job and I am looking for a new flatmate.

The flat has two double bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, hall and a storage cupboards. It is located in a quiet street in Leith, between The Shore and Great Junction Street. Rent for the room is £300 per month. Council tax, phone/broadband, TV licence and electricity bills are shared with the other flatmate -me! I am 27, female and work full time. I like to cook and am tidy and clean. Looking for someone similar, ideally a professional female aged between 20-35.

Flat is rented from a letting agency Steyn Lettings and anyone interested would have to pass their basic credit check and provide a £400 deposit. They prefer employed tenants but students are suitable too, as long as they can have a guarantor for the rent payments.
