I look for a flat share due to the unexpected sale of the flat I've been renting for past few years.

I'm a 33 yo male working full time. I need to move in before end of November, I would like to pay out for rent not more than £300 - £350 per month.

I'm looking for a nice room in the city centre area, west end or murrayfield.

I'm interested in long term offers.

Would prefer double room but open to all interesting offers. I'm into the usual stuff: films, music etc. I'm a sociable guy though it's hard to call me a party animal. I like to keep things tidy but with no OCD symptoms yet.
