Nice double full furnished room very well located (in the city centre, old town).
It is a 4 bedrooms flat to share with two Spanish boys and one French boy. They are 20 and 22 and very friendly.
There are 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with microwaves, oven, washing machine...
Very close to Liddl and Tesco (3 minutes), 5 min walk to Princess Street.
The rent is 300£ per month + bills and no CT because it is a student flat.
