Double room for one person in a huge flat to share with 2 French girls, 1 French guy, 2 Spanish girl, 1 Spanish guy.
The room: It is a good size room with a double bed, a drawers, a guard robe (in the wall with door), a computer desk. It’s new furnished as all the flat. It overlooks on Hanover Street.
The flat: It is on last floor of the building in Hanover Street. 10 seconds walking from George street and less than one minute to the centre of Prince Street. No better position available in Edinburgh just now. The flat is new and is on two floor. 6 bedrooms in total and 7 people sharing it (6 when you will get in). There are two bathroom and you have to share one with 2 people (but still the other for any emergency). The living room is huge. Tv 28, DVD player, Dolby surround and HI-FI. Internet 8MB unlimited (effective) wireless, that means internet in your room with no cable. The kitchen is big and has got 2 fridge, microwave, toaster,… etc.
In general. People leaving here are nice, quiet, clean and respectful and we are looking for a person that is like this. In the flat every week is coming a girl for the cleaner, but you still have to take care of your things. No dishes and other staff can be left after eating, but everything must be washed. The rubbish two times weekly is your business as well.
It is not a flat party, but you are free to invite as friends as you want . If late in the night must be considered that other people are sleeping. If you host someone for more than one night, it has to be told to the rest of the flat.
The cost. 265 pound for the room each month. Council tax, internet, phone bill, weekly cleaner are 50£ every month. Total to pay 315£ per month + gas and electricity that arrive every 2-3 months.
The payment has to be done by the bank with a standing order if you have an account. If not, you just pay cash. To take the room has to be given a deposit of 200£ plus first month rent.
1-2 weeks notice before leaving and less if we find someone who want take the room.
