Eden Scott is currently seeking an experienced and qualified finance professional to join our client's management team in the position of Finance Director.

Reporting to the CEO of this established and successful SME you will assist with the continuous strategic growth of the business providing expert commercial & financial advice.

Duties will include:

* Work with management on development of operational business plan
* Implementation of business processes, including financial reporting and inventory management.
* Lead site annual budgeting process
* Banking and Company Secretarial duties
* Preparation of financial/management reporting,
* Main point of contact for all investment and fundraising requirements
* Supervision of 2 members of staff

Candidate Requirements

* Chartered Accountant required
* Proven fundraising experience essential with ability to raise equity rather than debt
* Proven track record within finance management role essential, ideally gained within an SME environment
* Results orientated with ability to "think on feet" and adapt quickly within changing environment
* Strong people skills with ability to develop strong working relations with external and internal customers.
