I am a student of Edinburgh uni,and I would like to rent my room out for short-term during Chirstmas and New year period(From 17 Dec 2009 to 14 Jan 2010 ,4 weeks) I will take 4-week tenant as preference, at least 3 weeks.

1)Perfect location,just on the back of National Musuem, opposite Bristo Square,2 mins walk to George Square and the old college(Edinburgh Uni campus),10 mins to Waverley train station and Princes street(city centre).The exact address is 9 Brighton Street,Postcode is EH1 1HD.
2)It's a 3-bedroom flat,which was rederected last year and everything is brandly new(furniture,bathroom and fully equipted kitchen)
3)The rent would be 100 pounds per week(bill is included:electirc+gas+internet).Couple are accepted but rent would go up to 125 per week.A bit amount of Deposit is required.
4)You will share the flat with another two easy-going students.

Requirement: Tidy and easy-going person, prefered female&student
