Dutch Speaking Customer Service and Technical Support Advisor
£14,000 - £15,000 per annum plus generous relocation package and bonuses (where applicable)

You must have:
Exceptional spoken and written English and Dutch
A good telephone manner
A keen focus on Customer Service
Interest in Technical Support
Your job will involve:
Providing Customer Service or Technical Support via inbound calls
Logging calls accurately and in accordance with guidelines
Solving customers queries in an efficient and polite manner

Permanent, full-time contracts are available. You must be able to commit to a minimum twelve month contract. Hours of work are Monday Friday day shifts (37.5 hours per week).
