Hello! My flatmate and I have a large room available in our flat from the 19th of November. It's a very large, furnished room, and has it's own ensuite bathroom. The rent is £350 a month which includes council tax, and the deposit is £400. Our flat has gas central heating and wireless internet - the internet costs about £8 a month each, and we pay bills every three months which are approximately £60 each.

Our flat is located on Leith Walk (the map shows it off of Leith Walk, but trust me, we are on Leith Walk!), a five minute walk from Princes St. There are regular buses that run from across the street and around the corner for easy access all across the city, at any time of day or night!
