We have a room available in our great flat in Marchmont. The room is a good sized double with everything you would expect. It also has a mezzanine which was originally the bed so you could have a lot more floor space and adventure or just loads of storage.

The flat has a huge living room with a large well stocked bar (REALLY)and will also be the home of Bunnicula, the fifth flatmate, a giant white rabbit and the cutest thing that’s ever moved. There is also a large kitchen with big dinning area and finally a rubber duck themed bathroom. The flat will have internet and probably TV as soon as we get round to installing things.

We are 3 hard rocking, and mostly heavy drinking people. One male, 21 year old chef masquerading as student to avoid council tax. Another is female also 21 and a genuine student of useless subjects (philosophy and literature). The final one is also female, 19 studying Bio-Chemistry and working most nights at some shity george steet establishment. we are all well into our music which is mostly classic rock with a bit of metal and punk thrown in. like going to gigs and going out drinking or staying in drinking for that matter. Big cocktail fans, slowly emassing a large collectiong of spirits on our own bar.

You are hopefully a student (also to avoid council tax), into good music and having a drink and a good time as often as possible. Age and creed don’t matter but nobody that watches sex and the city, gets intimate with sheep, is a rapist or clean freak please. Not that we are very messy, just really hate rotas and such.
