We are currently recruiting for Commis Chefs to join our award winning main kitchen brigade. Ideally you will have had experience in a like-minded environment and be ready to take the next step on your career path. You will help with preparation of hot and cold menus and be aware of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative and have a strong desire to improve on your skills and knowledge
Additional key aspects of the role include; close liaison with all sections of the kitchen, leading and supporting other members of the team and the ability to produce own work in accordance with a deadline.
