Large 2 bedroom maisonette flat for festival rent. Available from 2nd August. Minimum let for 1 week at a time. Still available for full length of festival at present. Will let to holiday makers, production crews, artists/performers etc.

The flat is situated next to Pilrig Park on Pilrig Street and is a 10 minute brisk walk to Princes Street. On an excellent transport route, bus stops directly outside the front door to the city centre and onwards as well as down to Leith and Ocean Terminal. Free on street parking. Close by are some trendy cafe and bars as well as Edinburgh Playhouse, Harvey Nicols, Ocean Terminal, Pilrig Park and Meadowbank retail park.

This flat is fully furnished with gas central heating. Kitchen is fully operational including ceramic hob/electric cooker, microwave, George Foreman grill, cutlery/crockery, washing machine and fridge freezer.

Lounge comes with black leather sofa and arm chair, TV, digi-box, DVD player, dining table and chairs.

Each bedroom has a double bed and desk with chair. Front room has built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and drawers. Lovely view of Calton Hill. Back bedroom has lovely views over quiet back terraced streets and also has hanging space and chest of drawers

Bathroom has bath and shower. Iron, hoover, winterdykes and basic cleaning utensils situated in hall cupboard.
