There is a sigle bedroom available from 10th May in a great flat. The room is very sunny, it’s overlooking west. there is a sigle bed, spacious wardrobe and all basic necessary furniture.

The flat has fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons; great 4 hob electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge freezer and microwave. There’s gas central heating with combo boiler so there’s instant hot water in the kitchen and bathroom. There’s an electric shower in a renovated bathroom. All furniture is pretty new, laminated floors and carpet in bed room.
I would welcome either one person for £80 pw or £200 for 3 weeks,( all bills are included) There are loads of buses going to the centre and it takes only 15 minutes to get to Princess Street; the nearest bus stop is for: 21, 8, 16, 14 and within very short walking distance there are also: 21, 27, 37, 29 and 38 available.
It’s very quiet area with loads of parking spaces.
I like to keep the flat tidy so I’d prefer someone who likes it too; but don't worry, doesn't have to be as clean as in a hospital though ;) just clean enough to be able to use kitchen etc
I do not mind who would live here; man, woman, gay, straight; just nobody too mental ;-)
I’d take a deposit as much as the rent.
