I have a lovely 2 double bedroom flat with lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom, hallway, large boxroom which could be used as an office or single bedroom, airing cupboard and another smaller cupboard. There is a verandah outside which is used as a drying area. This is a 2nd floor flat with a communal stairway.

This flat is in a central location, close to schools, busses, trains, colleges, hospital, doctors, shops, etc.

The flat is lovely and spacious. Gets lots of sun. Both bedrooms are double and you have a lovely view from the lounge window. As it is in a cul-di-sac, there is usually plenty of parking space.

Would consider flat swap of either 2 or 1 bedroom flat in Edinburgh. Anywhere else would be considered too. Am looking for Council owned flat as this is a Council owned flat.
