Hr Manager
ASA’s client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a large organisation based within the West Lothian area. The role is essentially to support and manage a group HR function for seven different brands one of which will be based in Ireland.
This is a very high profile independent role, you will be the people expert and will be responsible for providing practical HR solutions that meet business goals and ensure that team members continue to feel valued.
Responsibilities to include:
Advising and assisting managers with recruitment & selection.
Providing advice on HR issues including policy, procedure and payroll issues.
Employee relations management including conducting investigations,
disciplinary procedures, grievances and appeals.
Implementation new polices and procedures
There will also be some travel to Ireland involved on an adhoc basis, so candidates need to be flexible.
The ideal candidate will be articulate, hardworking, resilient and have the ability to work under significant pressure.
Essential Requirements:
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
CIPD part or fully qualified
Strong administrative skills
High level communication skills
