Chef De Partie required for one of Edinburgh's finest five star hotel groups.

As Chef de Partie you will have a proven length of stay in previous roles and the ability to run your section as a leader of your team. Working with one of Scotland's finest Executive Head Chef's you will be a team player who is willing to learn in order to get to the next step in your career. With an emphasis on Conference and Banqueting, this kitchen requires a dedicated Chef de Partie to work alongside their exciting brigade maintaining and constantly building on their high standards.

This is an exciting position for the right Chef de Partie with a competitive salary offered.
