3 wooden shelves, which slot into 3 metal runner/bracket things (which you screw to the wall).

You can adjust height, add more shelves on the same brackets etc - would be ideal for storing DIY stuff in a cupboard or garage - they're not the most attractive things ever but get a strong fixing and they do hold a lot of weight!
