We have a large double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom available now through to the end of the festival, or longer if you want it. It's in a modern development near the top of Leith Walk, about 10 minutes walk to Princes Street.

The location is fantastic with buses, Tesco, cash machine, a park, post office, cafes, restaurants, pubs less than 1 minute walk away.

Included in the price are all bills, council tax, internet, and local, national and international calls are free in the evenings and weekends. Washing machine, dishwasher, tv and dvd etc are all in good condition. Free off street carparking included.

There will be two of us here until the end of July, then just one for the rest of the time. We're hard working during the week but love to enjoy our weekends and the festival.

The room is available for £150 per week for a single person or £200 per week for couples. It's a really lovely flat with easygoing flatmates. Send us an email for photos or to organise a time to visit.
