Plumbing - Fixing and replacing taps, Installing kitchen appliances, e.g. dishwashers, washing machines, Full bathroom installation (but not electric showers), plus most other minor problems – just ask

Decorating - Painting, Wallpapering, Tiling (wall and floor tiles), Grouting, Plastering (minor), Coving, Carpeting small areas, Laying vinyl

Fixing & Installing Things - Fixing snapped sash window cords, Replacing locks on doors and windows, Fixing and rehanging doors,
Assembling flat-pack furniture, Installing blinds and curtain poles,
Installing specialist picture hanging systems, Replacing window frames, Laying loft insulation and loft flooring, Adding additional phone sockets to rooms

Gardening & Outdoor Jobs - Building small walls (mortar, dry stane),
Clearing gutters, Hard pruning and garden clearance, Paving small areas

Little niggling things! (I am happy to try to sort out any of those little nuisance items that have been on your ‘to do’ list for absolutely ages but which you never seem to get round to. Just make a list before calling and get them all done in one visit.) E.g.

Changing lightbulbs that are too high or difficult to reach, Fixing squeaky hinges, Fixing wonky hinges, Setting your boiler timer (or any other timer for that matter), Fixing loose or squeaky floorboards, Sorting out the cabling for audio-visual and computing equipment (e.g. TV, DVD, modems, broadband connection, etc)

Larger jobs - Please call me to discuss any larger jobs you may have in mind

Competitive Hourly Rate - Minimum charge for first hour, charged by the half hour thereafter.

Special rate for half days and full days available. Please call for a quote and discuss your requirements.

All materials and special equipment hire at cost to client; I can supply or client can supply.
