Hi there

We have a great double bedroom available in Musselburgh, just outside the city centre. The room also has a spacious wardrobe (with mirrors, great for any girl).
The flat is shared with two other girls, aged 20 and 23 and we ar preferably looking for another girl between 18 to 27 but guys are also welcome.

The room is available from 250 per month with a deposit of 250, and the occasional electricity bill. But its well worth the rent as the flat is only 5 min away from the high street and bus connections 44,26 and 30. The flat also has a parking space. ( For non students, council tax will come on top of this)
