We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous chef to join our brigade as soon as possible. Working in a popular and busy Edinburgh restaurant you should be able to demonstarate the ability to run service, have a solid working background, be confident with numbers, computer literate and able to deputise in the Head Chefs abscence.
