An vacancy has arisen with one of our clients to assist within their project team. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, personable person with a positive attitude to make a difference within people's lives.
Due to the sensitivity of information being handled, confidentiality and empathy is a must as well as being a team player.
This role is part time maternity cover and based in The Borders.
Day to day you will be responsible for the running of the office ensuring the stock is ordered. Main duties will include;
- Adhoc administration
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Updating spreadsheets, mainly on excel
- Recording expenditure
- Answering the telephone and recording messages.
