What is Rapid Arnis?
Rapid Arnis is a martial art which was established in 1993 by Tuhon Pat O'Malley and is based on the fighting arts from the Philippines such as: Arnis, Escrima, Doce Pares and much more as well as Muay Thai , Boxing, Silat and many other arts blended to make this an all rounded fighting and defence system which is easily done and learned by both men and women.

Classes include techniques to defend against either empty hands or weapons, using Locks, Disarms,Take downs and Limb Destruction.

Classes are held on Thur 7.30pm-8.30pm

Price: Adults £6 Under 16yrs £3 (children must be over 12 yrs to train with weapons and will need parental consent)
