We are looking for an unfurnished, sunny, well presented 1-2 bedroom flat in the area of marchmont, bruntsfield, sciennes, grange, polwarth. Rent approx. 650-750 depending on the quality of the flat.

We would prefer (but not essential):
- sanded floorboards
- shower
- (shared) garden
- gas central heating
- possibility for bike storage
