Iam looking for 1 bedroom flat for me and my partner and 2 very lovely clean cats who cause no harm what so ever , there fully litter trained etc .. and are indoor cats urgently need a flat as i am stayin at my mums house just now due to SOMEONE on gumtree scamming me , i viewed a flat on brunswick road and put a deposit down and was meant to collect the keys so i turned up for the keys and realised that he had done a runner with my money and left the door wide open police are involved now so hoping to get something sorted. IM totally struggling for deposits and month upfronts etc because off this incident and has left me struggling to find a house because everyone wants huge deposits and month upfront iam a genuine and vey honest person so if anyone can help me out i would be very much appreciated , i have had landlords in rhe past letting me pay them the deposit up and would be willing to put down as reference if so please do get in touch to let me know PLEASE NOTE edinburgh only due to my partner working there and only prices between £300-£475 not willing to pay anymore than what i have stated
