This is a programmable guitar multiFX although I've used it for bass too. Usual effects: distortions and overdrives, choruses, flanger, phaser, delays, step arpeggio etc. In addition, it is a sampler with up to 32 seconds memory time. I prefer it in high quality mode, which reduces teh time to 16 seconds, 'though. This can be a long sample, or one can use the "jam play" mode to store 3 different samples (up to 5 seconds each) which can be trigered by different pedals in real time... samples can be built up as you go along over-writing older ones, so your imagination is the limit.

I got this after watching too much Jaco Pastorius on YouTube... and I don't really use it anymore.
