This well known name in both the Sydney and Australian market have taken the market by storm and as such are adding to their Permanent and Contract/Temp Financial Services team where you will be working alongside experience consultants, relationships which are able to be handed over and utilise your relationship building/ business development skills, PSA clients but also an environment where you can come in with specialist experience and make that area your own. This is a specialist boutique known for Financial Services where you will be given autonomy, support, a great management structure of people who listen and a company who would rather you manage your desk efficiently than them have to look at PSAs.

The opportunity is to come in, look at where your experience and personality matches clients the company already have best, so that you work from a select amount of clients but recruiting every Banking role for them, as well as Accounting on either a Permanent or Contract desk, allowing you to maximise your relationship with that client and make as much revenue from that as possible! This is a genuinely different way of servicing a Financial Services client for a Consultant and one that has been proven to work continually.
