Pastry Chef. Our client is a 2AA Rosette Hotel near Edinburgh who are recruiting a Pastry Chef. We are looking for someone with an AA Rosette background capable of working in the fine dining restaurant, brasserie and banqueting.
Job Description
You will report to the Head Chef and be responsible for all aspects of the pastry section. You will also be supported by a Commis Chef. Fine dining for 60, brasserie, afternoon teas, banqueting and weddings all form part of this exciting opportunity to work in one of Scotland's best country house hotels.
Experience
This is a job for a Pastry Chef capable of working at 2AA Rosette level. You will have experience of working in fine dining and be able to manage the brasserie and banqueting sections. A pastry or patisserie and confectionery qualification is desirable although experience is highly valued.
