hello, im looking for someone to move into a spare room in a two bedroom flat on a great street in the city centre, its number 12 Glen Street in the heart of Toll cross, The location is fab, theres everything you need on your doorstep- ie, entertainment,shopping,great wee cafes,lots of bus's pass through the area and is a 10 minute walk to princess street. Its a cosy middle floor flat with a shower room,bathroom,kitchen and large living room. i am a recent graduate of edinburgh college of art and am currently working full time to (pay bills) and at the beginning of a carreer in sculpture. I am looking for a easy going room mate who is possibly also creative (although its not essential) and who is also either in between study or no longer a student. The room will cost £300 a month plus bills.
