The role will be to prepare and cook buffet breakfast for this large hotel with one other breakfast chef. This includes cooking to order in front of the guest, so immaculate presentation is necessary. After the breakfast service you will help prep for lunch and cook the staff meals.

The ideal candidate will have experience cooking within a large hotel environment. Be immaculately presented, show initiative to work alone, be creative, and show commitment to deliver the best of service.
