I have a 1-bedroomed Housing Association flat in central Edinburgh, recently refurbished, with a lift in the building, on the first floor, and want to swap this for a 2-bedroomed house or flat with outdoor space, preferably a small garden, in a quiet area. Your flat/house MUST have double glazing and central heating!

Must be reasonably central due to work commitments.

Band B Council Tax and £252 pcm rent.
