Looking for a double room for my parents who live in Edinburgh.
They are nice, reliable people in their early 50's, both from Hungary, looking for a quiet, clean and friendly houseshare. Would prefer a flat with only 2-3 bedrooms if possible.

My Dad is a car technician, Mum is a cleaner. I am advertising for them because of their level of English. They know enough to have a chat but to find a room seems easier this way.

They are preferably looking in the following areas: Lochend, MeadowBank, Easter Road, Nicholson Street, Pilrig, Broughton. Or basically anywhere if it is maximum 15-20 min busride from the city centre.
Important: my Mum has allergy for smoke (she gets headaches) so it must be a strictly non-smoking flatshare.
