hi there i have a very large double room available for rent around aug 10th. the flat has full virgin media package also broadband and house phone. £75 a week includes all bills alll i ask is if you pay for phone calls or if you order from virgin ie film you pay that on top.

the flat is clean and tidy i also share it with another couple who are moving out in october ideally would like a professional but am open to suggestions, im easy going and work alot myself just ask for it to be kept tidy and respect it. its avail for 3months at least and could be for longer if wanted.

would like a £200 deposit for breakages and damage everythin bein ok i will return that 1 week after leaving the property and all rent paid up to date.

its next to stockbridge, ainslie park, morrisons, botanic ardens, hospital, 8 mile from airport and god city bus links
