We have a good sized room with a doublebed, large wardrobe and comfy couch with two easy-going and friendly students. The room over looks the back of the building, onto a general garden/communal area. The flat includes a large kitchen, plenty of space with the usual devices(dishwasher,microwave,cooker and washing machine) The bathroom is narrow but still big enough for a good shower and bath. As stated, the rent would be £283pcm not including bills. Myself and my other flatmate have not received our first bill for electricity and gas as we only moved into the flat two days ago. We are both trying to keep the gas and electricity usage to a minimum just now but the flat does keep the heat well!

Council tax exemption will apply to student. However, if you are not a student, this will have to be added on.

Broadband is not installed just now but plan on getting connected very soon.

A little bit about us both. I am a 20 year old Scottish male studying for his Honours at Napier University, and always enjoy meeting new people. My flatmate is a 22 year old female studying Advertising and Managment for her Honours too.
